Overview
The ACM Small/Mid-Cap Growth Portfolio seeks to generate capital appreciation by investing in rapidly growing, reasonably priced small to mid-cap growth companies. Our focus is on companies with market capitalization ranges below $10 billion at purchase. The minimum criteria for securities to be considered are strong revenue growth, strong earnings growth, and reasonable valuation levels based on forward PEG ratio (price earnings/growth rate). Turnover within the portfolio is relatively low versus our peer group and investors should expect between 50-100%. The most appropriate benchmark for this portfolio is the Russell 2500 Growth Index.
