Small Cap Growth
Overview
The ACM Small Cap Growth Portfolio seeks to generate capital appreciation by investing in rapidly growing, reasonably priced small cap growth companies. Our focus is on companies with market capitalization ranges below $1.5 billion at purchase. The minimum criteria for securities to be considered are strong revenue growth, strong earnings growth, and reasonable valuation levels based on forward PEG ratio (price earnings/growth rate). Turnover within the portfolio is relatively low versus our peer group and investors should expect between 50%-100%. The most appropriate benchmark for this portfolio is the Russell 2000 Growth Index.
