Patrick Gardner has been a successful loan officer in the Greater Washington DC area since 2002, helping to arrange almost $500 million in mortgages during his career. He has significant experience in the many facets of mortgage lending, working with clients ranging from higher-end purchasers to first-time homebuyers, as well as new construction and rehab projects.
